Furniture production worker

Job Description

As part of many years of cooperation with our client, we are constantly looking for employees to carry out the following production works.Our client is one of the largest furniture producers and suppliers in Poland, the company is located in Miasteczko Śląskie (near Katowice).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment used in furniture production
• Assembling, sanding, and finishing furniture pieces
• Inspecting finished products for quality and defects
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety protocols and guidelines

We offer:

• employment based on a contract of mandate
• hour rate 30,50 PLN/h gross (22,05 PLN/h net)
• transportation allowence
• accommodation fee in amount of 300PLN or co-financing to your own place of residence

Skill & Experience:

• Mechanical Skills: Understanding how machinery works and being able to troubleshoot minor issues
• Physical Stamina: Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in measurements and assembly
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues
• Basic Math Skills: Useful for measurements and calculations
• Good Communication: Clear communication with team members
• Willingness to Work Flexible Hours: Some factories operate in shifts
• Previous Factory Experience: Beneficial but not always required
